- I’ve been evacuated to a hotel and left my medications at home. How can I get new ones, and will I have to pay again?
You can contact your HMO hotline or speak with Ministry of Health or HMO representatives at the hotel. Each case is handled individually. The HMO can help arrange medication delivery to the hotel if needed. - Can I get medical care at a clinic that isn’t near my place of residence?
Yes. All members can access their HMO’s facilities. You can also call your HMO’s hotline for help. If you're having trouble booking an appointment through the app, you can do so via the call center. - I’ve been evacuated to a city where my HMO doesn’t have a nearby clinic. Where can I get care?
Hotels are located in major cities where all HMOs offer services. If you're having trouble, contact your HMO’s hotline. - I left my eyeglasses at home. Am I eligible for new ones?
