Ministry of Health Support in Hotels
At every hotel where evacuees are staying, an official from the Ministry of Health’s regional health office is physically present.
Their role is to identify and address challenges in accessing health and medical services, identify health service gaps, respond to on-site issues, and report unresolved problems to the Ministry’s Evacuee Response Team.
Contact details for these officials are posted in each hotel. They are available Sunday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and will continue to provide assistance as long as gaps in healthcare care remain.
For additional questions or assistance, or if Ministry of Health officials are not available at the hotel, you can contact the Ministry of Health’s hotline:

Meeting Individual Medical Needs
Each HMO is responsible for providing care and medical services to its members. They are working to maintain continuity of care for their members, wherever they are located. To support this, the HMOs have set up special hotlines and systems to prioritize care for evacuees.
Coordination between HMOs is also in place across different hotels, as needed.
Initial mental health support at hotels is provided by Resilience Centers.
Resilience Centers
Evacuees and individuals without shelter can receive free mental health care at Resilience Centers. Services are provided for those experiencing stress or anxiety due to the war and are delivered by licensed professionals specializing in trauma-focused care.
Treatment options include individual, group, and family therapy via phone, Zoom, or in-person at nationwide treatment centers.
