If you're currently outside of Israel and unable to return due to the security situation, and you need medication or medical care, you must contact your insurance provider.

Extending Your Health Insurance Coverage
It’s very important to contact your travel health insurance emergency center to confirm the expiration date of your coverage and extend it if needed.

- In a medical emergency – Go to the nearest hospital and immediately contact your insurance company’s emergency center.
- If it’s not urgent – Contact your insurance company’s support center for instructions. They may refer you to doctors or facilities abroad that are part of their network.
