Due to the current security situation and updated Ministry of Health guidelines, HMO clinics and Family Care Centers (Tipat Halav) will operate only in facilities that meet Home Front Command sheltering standards.
If you need medical assistance and your condition is not urgent, please use your HMO’s remote care services whenever possible.
If in-person care is required, make sure to confirm in advance—via your HMO’s website or hotline—that the clinic is open.
If your clinic is closed, check with your HMO for the nearest alternative.
