Mobility and Rehabilitation Aids

If you are residents of the Northern and Southern District and have been displaced from your homes, and you use mobility and rehabilitation aids, your aid may have been left behind or damaged.

People with an aid that was received from the Ministry of Health

If you have a mobility or rehabilitation aid that was provided to you by the Ministry of Health that has been damaged or that is no longer in your possession, you can call the Ministry of Health hotline.

  • Call *5400 or 08-6241010, select extension 2 (routine), then extension 5 (rehabilitation and mobility)
  • Sunday through Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00, and Friday and holiday eves from 08:00 to 13:00

The call center will process your inquiry. If necessary, a replacement aid will be provided to you to your current place of stay.

People who do not have an aid but are interested in applying for one

If until now you did not require such an aid, but you are currently interested in applying for such an aid, contact your HMO or the Ministry of Health hotline.
